Day 18! Day 18! I can’t believe I’m coming up on 3 weeks. 3 weeks! It’s not that I’m looking forward to the end of the month so I can quit exercising. I full plan on exercising beyond this month. But I AM looking forward to not blogging about it every day. Who’s idea was this anyway? Oh yeah, that’s right.

Anywho…

Here’s the rundown for Day 18:

Activity: The 30 Day Shred, Level 1 w/ 2lb weights.
Activity Length: 25 minutes-ish
Difficulty: it was work but it felt oddly good. I felt.. “capable”.. definitely an improvement from Day 1.
How I feel: Tired and sore and energized and alert.
Tomorrow: Who knows? It depends on what the day brings. =P
