Creativity Portal not only has a long list of fall crafts to do with your kids, they also have word searches, writing prompts, recipes and more. Yesterday the kids and I used this printable leaf pattern to make fall leaves for our school wall. They had a blast and one more touch of fall was added to our school area. Check them out!
Holidays
Celebrating holidays and life…as much as possible in a Christ-centered, God-exalting way.
A Pumpkin Headed Scarecrow
This scarecrow (with a jack-o-lantern head) from First-School is a great hands on activity for preschoolers and early elementary ages. With downloadables to print and color, your little ones will have fun creating and personalizing their own scarecrow. Use it to decorate the school area, a bulletin board, or hang it on their bedroom door.
Pumpkins, Pumpkins
Pumpkins, one of my favorite fall icons, are the theme for these printables, crafts, activities and stories at A to Z Teacher Stuff. This extensive list includes pumpkin related science, basic skills, creative writing and of course – baking! YUM!
