The emails that circle the internet really are true. WD40 is useful for more than just squeaky doors.

In the last week or so I’ve used it to clean crayon off of the chalkboard and off of the wall. And you know what? It just wiped right off.

And if you read the back of the label it says it’s good for cleaning off all kinds of gunk and grime and glue and goop. Sounds like everything a little boy could get get into. 🙂

One word of caution: WD40 is not non-toxic and it does leave a residue that needs to be cleaned off with soap and water so I would save it only for the worst messes and only on things I could wash with soap and water afterward. (I was out of Magic Erasers, which by the way, are safe to use around children.)

So now ya know.

Hey, y’all! I’m Amber and I wear many hats. I drink a ton of coffee and I’m constantly sweeping crumbs off the floor. After 20+ years of homeschooling, we are starting over at preschool with our fourth, Lil Miss Mouse. She keeps us young and she’s the main reason for my excessive coffee consumption. Drink up!
