We love to go pick out pumpkins for the whole family.
Just playing outside as much as possible. We love to enjoy the weather before it turns cold.
We have a thankful tree we put up each year and we add leaves every year with new blessings! We also bake seasonal foods for neighbors and others.
Jumping in leaves!
I love thanksgiving. We talk about what we are thankful for all month long.
Butterscotch pie is my favorite fall tradition. It was something my grandma always made, and now that she’s gone it’s a great connection to the past.
our favorat is siting down with mexican hot coco, and look back at everything the year has brough and we begging to say what we are thankfuk for,we lauhg , cry ,etc, as we remember and tell storys .
love the time as we recollect stories of the year and what Gog has done for us over hot coco
Leaf raking followed by hot Apple cider or hot tea!
We always went to my MILs for Thanksgiving, but we will have to start a new tradition this year.
Our blessing tree that we put up and add leaves of thankfulness to each day in November.
We like to play outside as much as possible enjoying the nice weather.
My favorite one is making our blessing tree every year.
We love to take an afternoon (after most of the leaves have fallen) and rake leaves into huge piles to play in…. than later we have cocoa or hot cider by the fire (and s’mores, too, of course!)
Everyone already said the blessing tree, but that is our all time favorite, because it really helps remind everyone of God’s abundant blessings in our lives. I will say we enjoy visiting the corn maize and pumpkin farm with friends. Church fall festivals are always a blast too! Thank you again for the chance to win resources that will truly help us all focus on gratitude and the true reasons for the seasons.
Trips to the farmers’ market and the pumpkin patch are our favorite fall traditions. That, and baking all things pumpkin.
Apple and Pumpkin picking with the family. THen, making applesauce and pumpkin pies!
It’s all about the being thankful…and I want my kiddos to learn it earlier than I did. Also, Five in a Row rocks. 🙂
All the pumpkin stuff!
