Yes, I met my BTB goal for October – which is very encouraging! But I’ve only lost 20% of what I REALLY need to lose, which means my journey isn’t over. I still have a long way to go.

Considering that, I’m going to continue posting on Mondays for accountability. You can still join in with me if you would like, I’m not going to say no!

(P.S. – It’s still not too late to link up to the final weigh-in post if you have successes you want to share. Even if you didn’t meet your goal, some weight loss is a success, learning something about yourself is a success, and gaining renewed determination and resolve is a success!)

HOWEVER – I’m still at my mom’s today, without my own scale. We’ve decided to stay another day and aren’t going home until tomorrow. That means that we all get a break this week. No weigh in!

I’ll resume weighing in and posting next Monday – which means that if you (WE) don’t slack off and get lazy without a weigh in this week, we could have a really GREAT weigh-in next week. WAHOO
