I haven’t been feeling very menu-ish lately. I make them, but I mix them up all throughout the week or make something else entirely. A couple of nights ago I made stirfry – that was NOT on the menu. (But it was GOOD.)

I’m going to try again. When I pay attention to the menu, I’m better at pulling meat out the night before and that sort of thing. So here goes:

Monday ~ Toasted turkey & cheese sandwiches

Tuesday ~ Salisbury steaks, asparagus, ranch beans, homemade mac’n’cheese

Wednesday ~ Chicken & rice, mixed veggies, blackeyed peas

Thursday ~ Homemade pizza, salad

Friday ~ Meatloaf balls, cornbread, pinto beans, corn

Ok, so thats it. Let’s see how well I stick to it, shall we??
