Do you have a favorite crockpot or oven breakfast?

I’m looking for recipe suggestions that we could make for breakfast Christmas morning – either overnight in the crockpot, or something that you prepare and keep in the fridge and then bake in the oven when you get up.

Any ideas? Lend me your tried and true recipes, please?

Make it the night before, throw in whatever ingredients you have, then bake it up when you’re ready. We do it every year on Xmas morning!

Every year for Christmas, I make overnight sticky buns. We only have them once a year, so we REALLY look forward to them! Not that they are anything special, just frozen bread dough, butter, spices. You put them in a bundt pan at night, then let them rise overnight and bake them in the morning. I can link you to my recipe, if you’re interested!

Love the new look, very pretty!

I don’t have a recipe for you, because it seems I get online and search one out each year… but we do a big breakfast Christmas morning, of: Sausage & egg casserole (make the night before in a large rectangular cake pan, bake in the morning). I always have to look for a recipe for this, so we’ve tried several. They usually all turn out great. Crockpot Apple Crisp- This really turns out more like a crockpot apple oatmeal, but we put the crunchy yummy stuff on top… delish! A word of warning… do this very, very late at night,… Read more »
