7 days! One whole week! I bet you didn’t think I was going to stick with it this long. ; )

Just a REALLY quick update so that I can get into bed before one a.m. for the first time in over a week. (I’m shooting for midnight, I’m slowly but surely getting there.)

Tonight was… easier! Not EASY. I said “easiER.”  There’s a difference. ; )

So here’s the rundown for Day 7:

Activity: The 30 Day Shred, Level 1
Activity Length: 20/25 minutes
Difficulty: There were several sets I was able to complete for the first time without making a modification or switching to running in place for a second. Yay! There are still several other sets that I still have to modify, but it won’t be long before I don’t. (And then I start rotating in level TWO.) Just a quick side note, I don’t think that my thighs get a good enough warm up stretch with her warm up. I think that’s why the jumping jacks and “jumping rope” are so hard on those muscles. So next time I’m going to stretch them out on my own before beginning. Same with cooling down.
How I feel: Good! And ready for a good night’s sleep! =)
Tomorrow: Day 4 of the Shred. Bring it on, baby!

I’m actually writing this Thursday night. I’ll be getting the Check In post, weigh in, and Linky up first thing in the morning. Watch for it!

Hey, y’all! I’m Amber and I wear many hats. I drink a ton of coffee and I’m constantly sweeping crumbs off the floor. After 18 years of homeschooling, I’m getting close to graduating my third child and now we are starting over at preschool with our fourth, Lil Miss Mouse. She keeps us young and she’s the main reason for my excessive coffee consumption. Drink up!
