Well we’re over the halfway mark now! On the “downhill” right? Right? Somehow, I don’t think so. Jilly – I can call her Jilly now that we’re so close and she’s been kickin my butt for 17 days now, right? – my pal Jilly is still laying on the torture as only a good trainer can. As things get easier, I step it up in intensity or weights, so I have a feeling there’s not really any “downhill” to this! ;0)

Wondering about Day 17? Here it is!

The rundown for Day 17:

Activity: The 30 Day Shred, Level 1 – stepped up to 2lb weights for the entire workout! Wahoo!
Activity Length: 25 minutes-ish
Difficulty: Still hard! I followed “her girl Nat” the whole time (except for the pushups) and finished most everything (except those darn “jumpropes” and bicycle crunches – but I ALMOST did all the b. crunches! Getting closer!) The 2lb weights definitely made a difference. Hard to believe a half pound more in each hand could be that noticeable…
How I feel: Tired but in a good way. Drank lots and lots of water when I was done!
Tomorrow: Bring it on, Jilly!!

Hey, y’all! I’m Amber and I wear many hats. I drink a ton of coffee and I’m constantly sweeping crumbs off the floor. After 18 years of homeschooling, I’m getting close to graduating my third child and now we are starting over at preschool with our fourth, Lil Miss Mouse. She keeps us young and she’s the main reason for my excessive coffee consumption. Drink up!
