The United States Fire Administration has a Kids site with a whole list of fire safety resources, and on their main site you can find a printable fire safety Sesame Street coloring book.
If you want more, the FDNY also has a printable fire safety coloring book, featuring Hot
Dog the Fire Safety Dog.
Please, please teach your children about fire safety!
